No Tracking Number Yet
- If a tracking number hasn’t been sent to your email, we encourage you to contact us through our Contact Form page. We will check with our Fulfillment Center regarding the possibility of making changes. You will receive an update within 24 to 48 business hours if the modification is possible.
The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- If your shipment shows a status of just “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” please contact us via our Contact Form page. We will verify with our Fulfillment Center if any modifications can still be done. Expect an update from us within 24 to 48 business hours on the matter.
- We kindly ask for your understanding that if the shipment status has moved beyond “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” we can’t guarantee a retraction of the parcel. As it has already departed our Fulfillment Center and is en route, we will do our best to assist you.
